Hi,

I just bought an iPod Shuffle (graphite) from Amazon. After maybe two weeks of working normally, I now got this problem:

The iPod is seen as normal by iTunes. I can sync music, load the battery, reset the system software etc. The light on the Shuffle blinks orange etc.

But when I plug the Shuffle off the system, it is dead. I can't switch it on. The diode light on the Shuffle remains dead, no orange or green emission.

Does that sound familiar for anybody?

I tried resetting the Shuffle firmware, that worked but didn't seem to change anything. The Shuffle did not fall down or anything. It just didn't switch on after work, whereas before work a few hours earlier it did. The battery is not fully charged (green), but I charged it for a few hours.

Should I just send it back to Amazon?
