iPod iPod tagging spoken word for sorting

I have 200 spoken word CDs to load and sort. How do I tell iTunes to sort this information according to disk. For example: I have five disks titled: God's Perfect Plan. Each disk has the same author and same genre. When I sync them in my iPod, the title shows up as Track 1, Track 2 etc. . . I have many sets of CDs. Each set has a different title, multiple disks, same author. How can I get iTunes, iPod to sort them according to genre or title? Thanks.
