iPod Touch 2G Case and Headphones

I got my ipod touch awhile back and its already got some scratches on the back and the default headphones suck badly. I'm looking for a hard-shell case that is very sturdy and reliable (and an added screen protector is a plus). Also I'm looking for a really reliable pair of headphone, they don't have to be isolating or anything too special. Preferably a soft bud type and under 75-100$.

i've got a case coming but im new to the touch market so not really sure, and headphones, you could buy worse then a pair of koss's

thanks Bennie. yeah i have looked around on amazon and i dont like a lot of their reviews. I have found one that does look really promising, it is the Sennheiser CX300. By the means of cases I'm really interested in either the More-Thing Stitch Edition Case or the Speck Candyshell Case. Both i want for different reasons.
