iPod Touch 2G Cracked Glass, trying to fix.

A friend has cracked the glass on her 2G iPod Touch, other than that its fine, so i'm wondering, is this all i need to get to swap in, obviously swap the button over too, but am i gonna walk into any difficulties? Obviously i'm confident enough to offer to do this, but i mean peeling stuff off with risk to break etc?

Ok. I'm not sure, do you have a picture of the Touch?

I'm not sure if this helps but I've heard that the glass is glued to the LCD.
