iPod touch Ipod touch 4g battery draining. Is my battery ok?

I have a ipod touch 4g 8gb
Its jailbroken. I download a cydia app and it told me my current battery information.

Is this normal?

health-100.00%----------(Does this mean my battery is OK? if so then why does it die so quickly even before i got a jailbreak it died fast?)
