I have a question that i have been wondering for a while... does having your ipod touch on full blast volume while having it connected with aux to the car waste more battery then usual? if so whats your advice?

No. It's no different than listening with headphones... your Ipod doesn't know the difference. Your screen brightness and wifi connection settings have more bearing on battery life than your system volume ever will.
