iPod touch Formatted video on iPad ?

I have a couple of videos in my itunes library that are optimized for the ipod touch and iphone. Can someone post a screenshot of video omtimized for the ipod touch on the ipad. PLease i really need this.

When my wife and I first got our iPads I batch-resized a bunch of movies to "iPhone" quality to load up my wife's iPad for a business trip. The formerly 2GB files dropped to 50% of the original size or smaller. Looked fine to me. Definitely not like the digital copy of Up! that came with my Blu-Ray disc, but very watchable. As an example, "Shutter Island" looks good in widescreen, but loses quality when shifted to full-screen.
