iPod Touch Jailbreak Apps HELP!!!!!!!!!

i noticed on a video that the person had an ipod touch or an iphone doesnt matter, but he had 5 apps on the bottom bar of the homescreen. anyone know how to do this? ur help is greatly appreciated

i assume ur jailbroken and u have cydia installed......

In cydia search for five icon dock and install it then you can just drag a fifth icon into your dock from the wibly icons movey mode
