Hi there,

I have a big problem concerning my 1st gen iPod Touch, after a long period of collecting dust I decided to boot up my old iPod Touch again, I wanted to upgrade to 3.1.1, during the process an error came saying can't upgrade iPod Touch. I had to put the device in DFU mode in order to try to upgrade again.
iTunes recognized the iPod was in DFU mode and proposed to restore and upgrade ofcourse I got the same problem again. The iPod right now is useless as I can't get it out of DFU mode. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind Regards,

Paul

You might ask about this in the iPod Touch forum. Unfortunately, I have no idea what to tell you (I don't even know what DFU mode is!)
