iPod Touch wall chargers? Any good ones?

Hi,

I've been looking for a wall charger for a while now but dont know if they are that good. I've heard that they can short circuit your ipod when charging. Is this true or just a myth?

And can you use them in other countries as well or just the country you bought them in? Cause I think htey might come in handy overseas.

I have a wall charger that just takes any sort of USB wire in it. So I use it for a few different things.

I haven't tried them myself yet but if you look at the votes/comments by users the chargers at monoprice.com seem very good...and very cheap!
