iPod Ipod video 30G warranty?

My 30GB video has a black line across the bottom of the screen and is real slow skipping to the next song. I have had it for about a year and a half and I am wondering if there is still a warranty on it. If so what do I need to do to get her fixed?

it's out of warranty. try a restore. just make sure you have all of your music backed up
