Hi all,

Recently I have begun having this problem with my iPod Video 30GB (or iPod 5G, whatever you want to call it) where it won't turn on even though it has plenty of battery. The only way I can get it to turn on is plug it in to power as in to sort of "jump start" it and then unplug it again but make sure it doesn't turn off.

So I have a couple of questions:

1. Is my battery on it's last legs?

2. What should I do if it is dying? e.g. Replace the iPod with a different iPod, Pay for apple to fix it, Fix it myself etc. etc.

3. If I do need to get it fixed how much will it cost (in the UK)?
OR
What iPod I should get to replace it?

Any help will be much appreciated. :)
