iPod iPod x new iMac

I have an iPod with a lot of MP3's. I bought an iMac and creatde an iTunes account.

I do not want to sync my iPod with my iTunes. I do not want to put the musics from my iPod into my iTunes library. I just want transfer my new musics in library to my iPod.

Is it possible?

Yep, just manually manage your iPod and drag and drop them right on it.
