My parents are going to france in the next month and I'm hoping to maybe possibly acquire a new iPod through them. I'm just wondering, why does the online store give a rice excluding VAT? Is there some kind of way to avoid paying VAT in France so that It's actually viable to buy one there instead of where I'm living where we dont have them yet.
