Hi, since two days ago my iPad Pro 12.9", I am unable to enter passcode to unlock my iPP. Only the big dot with Notification Center, Control Center, Device, Custom, Gesture, etc. are available. I clicked Device, More and Restart. When the questin "Are you sure you want to restart your iPad?" shows up, I pressed Restart but the decide did not respond. How do I reboot the machine? I pressed the power button for a few seconds and it asked me to slide to power off. However, the screen does not accept my sliding. What is wrong here?

The bad thins is that while I complain about the iPP lost battery power easily, since I unplugged it 2 days ago hoping that it would run out of battery, it is still 94% remaining.

Are you able to put the device into DFU mode or recovery mode?

Somewhere!
Try a hard reset. Hit volume up button and then volume down button. Then hold power button until you see the Apple logo. Then release and wait for iPad to restart.

Thanks. Only pressing the power button for a few seconds did not work but pressing the home button and the power switch for a few seconds reset it.
