Im running the new 15.4 Developer beta on my 2020 iPad Pro and have noticed something odd that has appeared with past betas from time to time. When I plug in a charger it will charge for a few minutes then stop. I unplug and replug it in and it does the same thing. It doesn't seem to matter what charger or cable I use as it does it to all of them. Now this will go on until a new beta comes and then the issue goes away. I have the Magic Keyboard for my iPad as well and if I plug in a charger to the port on that then the issue doesn't come up and it charges fine its just the USB port on the iPad itself that seems to be affected. Has anyone else encountered this issue? For charging I use an Anker 20W nano, OEM Apple 18W charger, Anker 65W charger so the wattage isn't an issue.

Have you checked for any lint in the port?

yes ive made sure its clean. this seems to be a software bug.
Did you try resetting just the settings? That’ll clear out some junk. If that doesn’t solve it then your best bet would be to try a DFU reset and restore using an iCloud backup. The absolute nuclear option would be to set it up as new.

But this seems more like a hardware thing than software.
