IPP latest 12.9 sound issue

When I play games the sound works in head phones but not through the speakers, its every game I play. YouTube, movies, sound works without headphones, I have restarted iPad, turned off Bluetooth and still nothing. Any ideas?

Nothing is muted anywhere? Does this happen on all websites including music channels?

No it seems to be just games. I've watched movies, YouTube and no issue.
