I have nothing to do with either of these apps...i am out of here..i am not here to hype up anything but hey, I don't need to convince anyone...and gracious god..watch your logic..according to you, if someone is a newbie, he is a developer..how logical is that..this indeed tells me the credibility of the person performing 'analysis'..and dude..the amount of time you are spending on favoring one app tells me that you could be here to hype up iStockManager but I am not going to assume things that way..get a life and stop wasting your time like i am about to sToP wasting my time...

I still await an intelligent response to my question as to what trading edge iptrader provides over istockmanager, let alone equal to it? you won't and can't answer that question because in all seriousness, it provides none. you know it, i know it, and anyone who tried both apps and does any sort of stock trading will know it after playing with both apps for only a few minutes.
by the way, i never said ALL newbies were developers, what i more or less said was that I find it highly suspicious that the person who started the thread happened to have just joined macrumors (with just this one post), and that was his first and only post. this was followed by 3 other newly registered users (including you Snoop) who decided that this would be the thread in which to post their first and basically only post reminding us all what a great app iptrader is. I posted my my thoughts and facts on iptrader in comparison to its only competitor app, istockmanager, and you didn't like what i had to say so you registered here and came onto this thread to specifically tell me in your first post that i was being biased and one dimensional? Please, we weren't born yesterday.
as for the credibility of my original review, it was based on fact, and it doesn't get anymore credible then that. i have yet to read anything from you or your other one time poster buddies as to the points that i raised in my review regarding iptrader's:
1) lack of streaming realtime quotes
2) lack of level 2 quotes
3) inefficient order entry screen
4) lack of multiple account support
you can't dispute any of the points i mention above so you throw a tantrum and a hissy fit and tell me to get a life since i took the time to play with both apps and posted my feedback so that the rest of the macrumors community could potentially benefit from it? is slinging such insults at potential users going to make iptrade a better product? NO.
if mentioning that istockmanager provides all of the above listed features, whereas iptrader does not makes me seem biased, then YES, you are correct because, i will ALWAYS be biased in favor of the superior app. Maybe someday, if iptrader closes the gap between itself and istockmanager, i might be biased towards it, however as it stands today, istockmanager is the superior app in my opinion. and when it comes to trading MY money, MY opinion is what matters most. if you are indeed going to actively trade using iptrader and its lack of features, good luck to you sir. you will most certainly need it.
