iPod IR remote app for UK TV?

Anyone know which of the IR remote apps works best with UK Freeview, sky and TV/DVD manufacturers etc?

I like the mini Redeye but although it says they ship to UK I'm wondering how well it will work with UK TV? or would the L5 one work better for UK TV?
