iRealSMS 2.0 crash after sending text?

I paid for the first one about a month ago, I paid $6.50 to upgrade to 2.0, and with 2.0 everytime I send a text message it crashes. The text actually gets sent, but crashes back to Home screen immediately after. Anyone else having similar issues?

Have you tried restarting the iphone? Mine is working great. (well was until i half bricked my phone)

I will bet that is the issue....i am still getting 2.2 on my phone....I am sure the developer is on it and getting us an update...I love this app but have you tried any of the others and if so how would you rate irealsms to the others?

I've tried biteSMS, MySMS, and iRealSMS. I don't like biteSMS. MySMS has a stupid splash screen which makes it feel like an eternity to open. It also doesn't allow you to send a text to a phone number. You can only send messages to people currently in your contact list. I like iRealSMS the best, but not if continues to crash. I still choose to use the regular apple interface 90% of the time, I only use these programs when I need to forward or send a text to multiple people. I've also noticed that when you receive a link in a text with the OE interface, its a clickable link. All these 3rd party SMS apps you cannot. its just text.

Yes you are correct. I am having the same issue after installing 2.2. Like i said, I bet he will have an update out very soon....I am sure he has had his hands on the 2.2 beta.
 
By the way, this is fixed now. They came out with an update sometime today, I download it a few hours ago. Works like a charm now.

Told ya so!!! HAHAHA just teasin....yeah i downloaded it late last night. working great...just added the emoji plist file and now good to go....BUT the irealsms wont use the winterboard keyboard anymore. :(
 
Did anybody get the hacked version of iRealSMS from xSellize? Mine was working fine before 2.2, now it crashes like you all mentioned here.

Install backwards compatibility from cydia and reboot. should do the job.
