I hope this is the correct forum to ask this ,

Has anyone used the irecord , to record TV directly to iphone / touch?

Any good?
As easy as it says?
Any cheaper alternatives?

any advice would be appreciated

If you read their site it doesn't record directly to the iPhone.

"Simply, copy your recorded contents to your iTunes library and synchronize with iPhone."

It's been about a year and a half, but we do have the iRecord Pro, which records directly to your iPhone and iTouch. Check it out on our website at www.irecord.com
