The podcast of yesterday's iPad extravaganza was downloaded some time last night, and available on my Apple TV this morning. Cool, I thought, as I opened it on my TV to watch at least part of it before heading to work...

"This program cannot be played. It is in a format not compatible with Apple TV".

That generally means your ATV has lost connection with your iTunes source computer. It's an odd error that doesn't usually mean what it says. :/
