Is 11.0.1 RC2 the same as the official public release?

I'm on RC2 and I unenrolled my Macbook from the beta program and it says that my software is up to date, so I'm assuming that RC2 is the same as the public release.

The released build is one number higher. They don’t seem to be the same.

I just ran the official release over my RC2 and the build number is the same, 20B28..?
