How can I get a list of them, output?
And would someone have a look at the ones I do not understand?

Theres lots of 'safari web content'

Sounds normal to me, I have about 220 processes, of which 7 Safari Web Content and some programs running in the background. In Safari, each tab has its own process which is called Safari Web Content. In addition, if you use plugins like Flash or Silverlight, these will also create additional processes under Safari.
