After 3.0.1 was released I waited to see what the fallout looked like before I updated. I read lots of posts about locked up phones, apps not working, etc. Is is pretty safe at this point to run the update? I mean have most people updated with no problems?

Thanks

Really?

All 3.0.1 did was eliminate the SMS vulnerability.

I updated the day it came out, and I'm fine, and I haven't heard anything about locked up phones, etc.

YMMV, but I had no problems.

Edit: The only problems people had were the usual problems some people have doing a restore and trying to update with loads of people on the server.

I had read on here that some were having some problems, (including slower speed from the Beta 4) with OS 3.1 Beta 5.

I haven't seen too much for problems with 3.0.1

The iphone will never be safe until is has MMS (insert evil laugh)

Sorry..
