Is A Blackbook Pro EVER Going To Be A Possibility?

theres always http://www.computer-choppers.com/services.htm and getting your mbp plated with black nickel. 
probaly not the black colour maks it look more like a pc laptop/mackbook and not a mackbook pro..
That makes absolutely no sense. The orignal powerbooks/pismo were black. There is every possibility that we will see a black - new material macbook pro.
there have been rumors that the redesign coming at MWSF will include a black macbook pro much like the ipod and a silver one.
now that the iMacs (non-professionals) went aluminum I don't think we will see anything non-aluminum starting with the macbook updates. I see everything looking the same very soon...
(if they released black iMacs I would have sold my brand new iMac, which i bought the day before the aluminum came out b/c I didn't like their design, and had my MBP painted/plated black.)

So the MBP update coming this January is a full redesign and not just a bump in specs? How much different is it going to look compared to the current one? I ask because I was planning on getting a 2.2 MBP this weekend or the next and just wanted to make sure I wouldn't regret my purchase.

looking at the new black aluminum wrapped ipods, and the black aluminum on the imacs, I think it is very possible that the macbook's will shed the plastic for some aluminum and black aluminum skins, and I think the macbook pro's will see the same thing. If nothing else it will at least see the darker aluminum used on the new iMacs. Who knows, maybe we will even see a black aluminum for the macpro towers if they are ever updated.
