No. ANC can't cancel snoring. But the silicone tips will passively cancel some of it.

I've had the Bose QC35 II for a couple of years. When I'm staying in a hotel with someone who snores, I can't hear the snoring if I play ocean wave other other white noise at minimum volume.

Just got the Airpods Pro last week because of the Apple Mac Mini M1 deal... when I play the same ocean wave and white noise at minimum volume, the snoring sound comes in loud and clear.... :( (although.... the hotel's noisy AC humming noise did get cancelled out pretty well) Is there some other setting that I need to adjust?

Nope. AirPods Pro noise cancelling simply isn't that good when compared to over the head cans.

ANC on the APP is not going to make everything silent.

Also add that Active Nose Canceling works best on a steady continues lower frequency sounds like a fan, engine or road noise. Snoring is dynamic and by the time it is analyzed to cancel it has already changed so ANC is less effective.
