I bought the iPhone 5 from Apple direct when they were released, put my O2 sim card in it. Anyway, I fancied a white one so have just bought it, I will be selling my old iPhone 5, can I sell it as unlocked? Or will it be locked to the O2 network now as it was the first sim I put in it?

I would recommend testing it if you can or google for one of the many imei check websites which have access to the database which lists of a handset is unlocked or not. I would recommend checking as I was told certainly that handsets via Carphone warehouse and some from apple would lock themselves to the first SIM cards they were activated with
