I was absolutely sure an embargo would lift by this evening for reviewers to post their first impressions. I so badly wanted to see the new colors in real world environments and lighting, to help me decide if I wanted to go blue or graphite this year. I know it’s totally a first world problem, but I’m actually pretty pissed that I have to make my preorder decision based on the product photos. Is anyone else as irritated about this as I am?

Jon Prosser said review units are heading out to reviewers, expect reviews on Tuesday.

Only thing I’m irritated about is waiting another 3 weeks for my pro max.

I think I can safely buy a color without buyers remorse without seeing it first. Maybe I’ll regret that. Who knows. Because of the new colors I am planning on going caseless for the first time in years. Fingers crossed.

I too find it strange we mostly just see renders only before the preorders start. I’ll wait for the reviews and photos of the phones in different real world lighting before deciding what I’ll get.

I was thinking of posting this as well. Im really torn between blue and white, now i know its covid so we dont get those detailed same day hands-on videos but the news stations had units, so why couldnt trusted people had copies sow we can see them up close.

i agree, all we are going buy is fancy presntation. The site material is not any detailed either.
