iPhone Is anyone else having issues with iCloud Drive?

Files app keeps hanging, nothing seems to download. I tried goggling iCloud Drive off and on in settings, but it didn't help. I tap entries in "Locations" in the Files app and nothing happens.

Just wondering if it's just me or if others are having problems.

Just tried this out and am not experiencing the issue. Files are downloading and opening on device.

The problems continued and I wasn't able to get iCloud Drive to really work at all. I finally got frustrated and decided to try rebooting my phone, and everything is working great.

This is upsetting; it's obviously a serious iOS bug in iCloud if something went wrong that required a reboot to fix. :/
