iCloud Is anyone else having trouble with iCloud not syncing across devices today?

I've been waiting over an hour and still not syncing. Is it not working today?

It took about 20 minutes for some new Contacts to sync from iPhone to iPad. I turned off sync on the iPad, selected Keep On iPad, then turned back on. They populated then.

I am having a similar problem except with ripped CD's. I have the iPhone, iPad, and Mac Studio with sync music enabled. Yes long after upload I get blank spaces in these downloaded CD, and when I click on it it tells me to Check the Sync on the Mac, it is all setup.
