If so, do you know an Apple exact equivalent (i.e. Applescript recorder that records mouse movements and keypresses as well as Application actions)?

Is anyone familiar with Winbatch and how it's macro recorder works in Windows?

Try Prefab UI Browser. I'm not sure it's an exact equivalent, but I think it'll do what you need. Be aware that it relies on GUI scripting, not programmatically defined application AppleScript support, so if an application's GUI changes significantly, it's likely that existing scripts will have to be redone.
