After the update to 2.2, Safari was running excellently. It was never crashing on me and best of all, the page wouldn't reload when I switched between windows. However, over the last few days, I have actually been experiencing crashes. But, not like before 2.2. Additionally, upon switching between pages, I am seeing the page having to reload again, which I find very annoying. Has anyone else been experiencing these problems with Safari lately?

Do you restart the phone ever? That could help.

As in holding down home and on/off at same time (hard reset)? Or, just holding down on/off button? I have been having to do more hard resets since 2.2 because instead of Safari crashing, it had been freezing up. Now I just have the crashing back. It's happened 4 times today already.

Yeah i have the same story to tell, i think that after a firmware update safari is basicly re-installed there for it runs great for a while and then get's really unstable.

Must be a bug of some sort in the way safari handels preference.

Deleting cach, empyting cookies and history don't help either
