Is apple done with pre order shipping?

I can get through every time with my pre order to pick up in store but it shows the shipping option as not available? anyone else getting the same results? I have been at it now since 7:30am est
 
Just got my order through for delivery to my billing address (only option). It took all day, but random efforts are getting through.
 
They are not through.
I just ordered one for my brother
and another for friend.

Two separate accounts and was able to order separately.
And I too have been trying all day.
I have a feeling ATT's servers are probably back up.

I finally got through and placed the order on my iPad via Apple Store.

Shipping June 24, don't know if that means it's going in the second round and I won't get it on launch day or not. I don't care, a few extra days is no big deal.

What's really cool is I'm getting 300 from Gazelle for my 3G S!
 
I preordered from apple.com a half-hour ago, says delivers June 24th.
 
got mine through about 20 minutes ago. I think the servers a finally up and running.
 
i'm getting "unable to finish setup online" or something like that. "you have to come into an apple retail store"....funny, the closest one is two hours away. Anyone else getting this error?
 
I got my order in around 4:30 PM PST. The tax kind of hurt, but I finally got in for a black 32GB iphone 4 from apple.com shipped for 371 dollars (I also got a 3 pack of dock adapters). I've been trying since 1 AM PST.

Just keep trying. I did it on my iPad with safari, one tab, and 3G. It's laborious, but you'll get it eventually good luck. Don't fall for any error message. Just keep restarting.

I kept getting that over and over until finally it HIT.

Make sure that you save to cart once you get the pre-order screen. Once it's in your cart, you are good to go.

Once it was in my cart, I hit SAVE...but I did not purchase right away.

Good luck.
 
Hey just put an order through for my bro on apple's site with delivery scheduled for the 24th! Strangely enough no hiccups / problems.
 
I finally hit checkout on my phone that was in my cart. The checkout went through just fine. Now on to trying to get my wife's phone into the cart and checking her phone out since I wasn't able to get both of them into the cart at once and I was worried about my phone in the cart timing out and/or the session ending.

Yep, my phone said delivery on the 24th. Hopefully by the time I get my wife's phone into the cart it will say the same but the way things are going for me who knows...
