Just behind you
Hello,

I mean there are many free YouTube channels with training material.
Sitting at a desk all day, I need to move myself. Just got an Apple Watch and an Apple TV. I see there is the Fitness app on TV
How's your experience ?
I activated my 3-month trial a long time ago but never took the time to dive into it. now i have to pay even though I got a brand new watch 10

Used the 3-month trial when I got my series 6, and I have been using it ever since multiple times per week.

Use it every day for the last 2-3 years. One of the best things I have done. Only use one set of dumbbells and a mat for all the different types of training I do - strength, HIIT, core, Pilates etc. Love it. So easy to find 30 mins a day at home rather than the hassle of going to a gym.

I’ve been using it since the day it launched 4 years ago. It got me into a weekly and steady routine.

Having said that I need to be more serious about diet and health and not be so concentrated on Fitness. But the service is a no brainer if you subscribe to Apple One Premier.

I find the workouts good except for Strength. I haven’t built any additional muscle and my strength improved moderately. My own custom routine I follow myself works way better.
