Is Apple going to bring out more widgets to choose from and customizedtion?

I'm woundering if Apple for iPadOS 18 is going to bring out more widgets to choose from and also more customizedtion to organize apps and folders better? I’m guessing by app folder skins to organize apps and folders better. May be different folder looks For better organizing.

I certainly hope so. The initial release of iOS 17 didn't even have a flipping digital clock widget.
