Hi, i recently bought a Mac Mini (Intel) for my brother second hand. It has gone on the blink (no power) and when i check the serial number on Apple's website it shows as being in warranty for another 700 days or so. So according to this I'm thinking the previous owner took out Applecare on the unit. So would i be able to take advantage of this and get it repaired under warranty or would I have to fork out for the repair? I'm in the UK if that makes any difference.

Any help appreciated,

Osmo

AppleCare travels with the computer. Unless the serial has been reported stolen or somesuch, it'll be fine.
