macOS Is Apple's Bug Reporter site broken?

I've been trying for several days to report an Intel GPU driver bug to Apple on their bug reporter site (https://bugreport.apple.com/). Every time I log in, I get this error message. I've tried several browsers across several machines, and I get the same result.



When I click the link to go back, I get this, with the infinitely spinning circle.



Anyone else experiencing the same problem? I would love to report this problem to them, but... their bug report site apparently is buggy.

Just went to the site whiched asked me to login. I have no bug reports on this account but the expected page displayed fine.

Maybe call the 1-800-MY-APPLE number.

So strange... I just tried it again, and I still can't get in. Maybe they are filtering my subnet.
