Is AT&T’s data service in NYC down?

I work in the WTC area and the data signal down in this area has always been weak and slow for me. Usually it flips back and forth between 3G and Edge and about 25% drops out completely for a minute or two. But today I haven’t gotten a data signal at all for the past few hours (although I have full five bars of voice coverage). I went for a walk around the City Hall area during lunch keeping an eye on my iPhone and never got a data signal. Is anyone else having problems in this area, or is something going on with my phone?
