Haven't found a lot of info or feedback about this new feature. I've been thinking about getting AutoSleep because I'm not always using Sleep focus at night, and the tracking has been hit or miss recently. Of course if this new automatic sleep tracking works well I'd rather stick to that instead of using a 3rd party app.
Is it enabled by default? I'm on watchOS 11 with a Series 10.
Thanks!

Whoa whoa whoa, if I'm reading this right we now don't need to piss around with sleep focus to get the watch to track our sleep? Is that right? I'd love to disable that thing.

You're reading that right! Before I went 100% Apple I had a Samsung smart watch that had automatic sleep tracking. When I bought my first Apple Watch, that was THE feature I missed the most. Looks like the decade long wait's over :) If it works well I guess there'll be no need to get AutoSleep.

That's great! I hope it tracks the wrist temperature too. No idea why  decided to tie all that in with focus modes in the first place; the opposite of 'it just works'.
