i have a blackbook and i really want to play lineage 2 and the only way to do that is to use bootcamp. I can't bring myself to doing this, is it worth it? will i mess my macbook up etc...?

You can always delete the BC partition from OS X if it gets messed up.

But like TS said, don't choose the wrong partition during XP/Vista install.

If you follow the downloadable step-by-step manual (part of the dmg package), it really does the install quite well. I have done it to 4 machines now (we have some legacy apps that are XP only) without incident.

I don't have anything as demanding as games, so I pair my bootcamp with Parallels to access those apps when required. You won't need this though.
