Catalina is still a mess, so thankfully they aren't releasing it until sometime in October. I'm pretty sure this is how the release cycle has been for the previous versions of macOS, too.

I noticed that one difference on yours is a mobile page. I had posted a link to macOS normal desktop page, which continues to show "Available in October". Also appears on my iPhone in Firefox, showing October.
I'm in the US. Your attachment shows UK english spelling on a few words.
It wouldn't be unusual for projected release to be different for different countries.

Autumn and Fall are the same thing, and October is an Autumn/Fall month. That means that all of the above are correct. :rolleyes:
