Is Catalina stable? Crash often?

2018 Macbook Pro, no crash whatsoever yet. Not even a hiccup. It works perfectly.
The only flaw, if I can call it that, is that it scrambled my apps in the Launchpad. But that's something that every major macOS version does; it has become a tradition.

Crashes daily on my 2019 i9 iMac. I just wiped the drive and installed a clean install so I will see if I still have issues.
Just crashed on me. Does anyone know how to decipher a crash log to determine what is wrong?

No crashes on my 2018 Mac Mini. Other than iTunes being changed and some new wallpapers I don't notice a difference.
Man, I'm having the same problems as you on my 2019 iMac. I called Apple support and they told me to do NVRAM reset, SMC reset, and then a clean install. Same problem persists. I've now totally given up and I'm just gonna wait it out. I already spent like 12 hours trying to find out what's going on.

2019 iMac. Had kernel panics every day, I did a clean install and I'm having more kernel panics somehow. Apple support asked me to do a bunch of things but so far no solution.
Thank you! Sorry, I find it very frustrating but I am glad I am not the only one. I am just about ready to call it quits and go back to Mojave. Nothing worked from Apple Support for me either. Hopefully they are getting a lot of reports on the 2019 iMac systems and have an update planned.
It sounds like it works great on old hardware but horrible on new hardware (2019 iMac). Strange!
Had KP's on my Late 2013 iMac. Would not do a upgrade so tried clean install. More KP's after it got finished with clean install. Went back to Mojave which runs great.
I myself have not updated, but a good friend of mine is having a lot of issues with it on his 2013 iMac. He's dealt with a few crashes, a lot of slowness, and a few small issues with third party apps. He also had a strange issue with the music app, he let it play overnight and when he woke up, the app had closed. No error message or anything, it just wasn't there anymore.
