I got tired of the occasional scrolling 'jerkiness on Chrome so I installed Dolphin and it scrolls like I think it should. How does Chrome beta compare to Dolphin?
Smooth as butter on this site at the moment. But I'm looking at this forum's mobile site. Other full desktop page I'll have to pinch to resize sometimes, which gets annoying. But on my 2 Nexus devices, Chrome is pretty damn smooth.
Chrome beta does somethings very oddly. Like the back button isn't always consistent like it was in chrome. Sometimes it'll discard tabs and other times it'll take you back to the home screen which is utterly stupid (that's what the damn home button is for!). With regular chrome the back button always consistently discarded tabs.
Google has made some odd decisions lately.
Edit: god I hate the ipad keyboard. Had to go back in and edit so many typos and missed letters/words. I don't know how anyone gets by its iOS' current keyboard. Sorry for the tangent.

When I'd owned nothing but I phones years I was great at typing on iOS keyboards, when I got my Nexus 4 I struggled for about a week to type as fast, now after a few months with it my friend passed me his iPhone and asked me to send a text and I could barely type on it.

Same here. Except I discovered it with the galaxy nexus. The iOS keyboard is astrociously bad when you realize what other keyboard alternatives there are. And it hasn't been updated in years.
