Is com.apple.LaunchServicesTemplateApp.dv still an issue?

In macOS 14 you have an entry in ~/Library/Application Support called com.apple.LaunchServicesTemplateApp.dv, which you can't delete. Except you reboot macOS with some security settings turned off. Is this thing still there?

Looks like something to do with the new Web Apps feature that came with Sonoma.

How do Sonoma’s Web Apps work?

What is a Web App? How to create and use them, and how they run without any executable code. Could crafted Web Apps turn malicious?

Yeah, found that out later, it included meta data for web apps. But all of those I had deleted months ago but because the folder was inaccessible they were not deleted.
