Is Crucial memory for MBP compatible w/ MB?

Crucial currently has a 10% sale off of memory for specific models and one of the listed models is a MBP 1.83. This memory seems to have the same specs as that for the black MB C2D, which I have. Will it be compatible or will I void the warranty if I use it for my blackbook?

I'm fairly sure that the MB and the MBP use the same RAM modules, but I'm sure someone here can definitely confirm that's the case.

is the crucial ram better than g.skill (from newegg). there's both about the same price now and i guess the only consideration now is quality and warrant.

Both the MBP and MacBook use the same RAM. I would choose the Crucial over the GSkill because Crucial guarantees Mac compatibility and NewEgg doesn't
