Is Developer DP4 same with Public Beta 1?

Are they the same? I am now on DP4... so I need to make things straight.

I just need to see if the build number is the same guys.

The build numbers are different. If you are on DP 4, there is no real need to change to PB 1.

DP4 = 14A298i
PB = 14A299l (has feedback assistent added)

It is the same build minus iOS 8 features, such as Handoff and SMS/phone calls, etc.
