Is Dreamweaver 5 under development?

Anyone know if Dreamweaver 5 is being developed for OS X and how long till it comes out. I don't really care about fireworks, just flash and dreamweaver now. I am advising my company on some Hardware/Software and don't want to tell them to buy Dreamweaver 4 if it will be coming out in the near future for OS X. (it sure would be great if I could work in OS X exclusively)

Oh, I saw GoLive is out for OS X. Is it better than Dreamweaver? Is it hard to learn for someone that already knows Dreamweaver?

No, macromedia is not working on Dreamweaver 5 for OSX...
It should not be out in the next 3 months...
