Is Fantastical (cal app) trustable/secure?

I'm thinking of purchasing it, testing out the 14 day trial. It asked for my iCloud password, I didn't put it because i'm not sure how safe the app is anyone else use it?

Looking at what this app does, it does not appear you are giving your PW to the developer, but just entering it into the app to allow it to access your iCloud data. I don't see this any different than say entering your e-mail password into Thunderbird.

You can totally trust it. The creator (@macguitar) and designer (@rogie) are very reputable people.

I use it with my iCloud account and have for many months.

No problems at all, and I'm quite happy with how it works.

My wife bought it, too. No problems for her, either.
