Hi! Since upgrading to iOS18 I have problems with connection to iPhone's hotspot, either via wifi of via usb, from both macOS 17 and macOS 18 (both on the same machine but different partitions).
In macOS 17 it just refuses to connect to the hotspot, and in macOS 18 the MacBook receives a weird IP via DHCP, setting it manually to 172.20.10.x doesn't help — so while it connects okayish, it has no Internet.
Any clues?
Hardware: iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS18 Beta 3; MacBook Pro 16" Intel i9 2020 edition, macOS 17 and macOS 18 Beta 2

Thanks in advance!

Just got a new iPhone 16 and having tons of trouble with HotSpot and my Macbook Pro. Mostly it doesn't connect automatically, has trouble connecting, requires multiple toggles on the iphone, and disconnects frequently. I used it without issue right before upgrading my phone with no problem on my old iPhone13.

I haven't had any issues connecting it to my MacBook or Apple TV 4k...
